Using only prime ingredients, including plump raisins, candied citrus fruits and Madagascan vanilla, my Panettone is carefully proved for 3 days before baking to achieve the lightest, pillowy texture. Sweetly fragrant, deliciously moreish and luxurious, my Panettone is perfect for sharing and family feasting at Christmas.
