Christmas simply isn’t Christmas, without our magnificent tipsy Pudding served as the delicious finale to your Christmas feast.

Probably my favourite Winter pudding, our’s is hand-made to a treasured family recipe. With a mellow, mature flavour, it’s aromatic with sweet spices, glistening with fruity jewels and has a deep caramel intensity from the intoxicating mix of dark Guinness, Brandy and sugar.

All that’s left for you to do is add a sprig of holly and serve with our aromatic Brandy Sauce, for a delicious boozy kick …recipe enclosed!
