Family is at the heart of everything we do. Each and every member of the team is a valued member of our extended family. When looking for a partner to create The Waterside Inn’s signature gins we looked for experts in their field, but also people who share our sense of family so we welcome award-winning Hawkridge Distillers into the fold.
This London Dry Gin has been developed to our own exacting standards, focusing on exquisite botanical flavours, fine-tuned to achieve a perfectly balanced gin.
Using a three-stage distillation process, botanicals include rose petals, lavender, elderflower and meadowsweet. Hand picked blackcurrant leaves and wild gorse petals, combined with fresh orange and pear offer a citrus-forward, floral gin which is long and complex on the palate with a super-smooth piney finish.
For the perfect drink just add plenty of ice, a premium tonic, family and great friends!
