The Waterside Inn will close for Christmas break as from the evening of Sunday 17th December 2023 and reopen on Friday 19th January 2024. The last date we are able to fulfill voucher orders is 1pm on Thursday 14th December. Orders placed after this time and date will not be processed until Friday 19th January 2024.

Homemade by Alain Roux – Chocolate & Hazelnut Spread


Specially created by Chef Alain Roux for The Waterside Inn’s overnight guests to enjoy with their breakfast, our chocolate & hazelnut spread is the perfect French way to start the day!!  It is made on site here in Bray by our Chef Pâtissier to the Roux recipe.  Ingredients: hazelnut praline 60% (nuts), cocoa powder, Gianduja milk chocolate (milk), grapeseed oil, Guanaja 70% dark chocolate (nuts), soy lecithine (soybeans). Net weight 250g
