Specially created by Chef Alain Roux for The Waterside Inn’s overnight guests to enjoy with their breakfast, our chocolate & hazelnut spread is the perfect French way to start the day!!  It is made on site here in Bray by our Chef Pâtissier to the Roux recipe.  Ingredients: hazelnut praline 60% (nuts), cocoa powder, Gianduja milk chocolate (milk), grapeseed oil, Guanaja 70% dark chocolate (nuts), soy lecithine (soybeans).
