Alain Roux Signature Mini Creme Brulée Dish


Crème Brûlée is a simple, true French classic dessert, dating back to the 1600s. Versions of the dish exist outside of France, such as Catalan creme from Catalonia and the Cambridge burnt cream from the UK. Michel Roux created a ginger crème brûlée recipe that can be found in his book, The Collection.
