Enter the world of rich game cooking where bold flavours meet refined technique. Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero will teach you how to prepare and cook a range of game dishes – from pheasant and venison to partridge and wild duck. You will also learn the classic and robust accompaniment – Grand Veneur sauce, that brings game dishes to life as you prepare your feast. Think pheasant velouté, roasted Mallard, and partridge as you gain unmissable knowledge, with new flavour and technical skills.
