Dive into the amazing world of seafood as you discover how to create a range of elegant shellfish dishes along with the sauces that elevate them. In this action-packed class, Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero will teach you the secrets behind preparing and cooking crab, lobster, langoustine and mussels as well as how to expertly shuck oysters. You will leave inspired and armed with professional tips and flavour knowledge that is sure to impress friends and family!
The Sauces and dressings you will create:
• Mayonnaise, Cocktail Sauce, Aioli, Maltaise
• Apple and chilli dressing
• Red wine and shallot vinegar dressing
• Lemon crème fraiche

What To Wear
