Master the fundamentals of pastry including the basics of making dough as you learn the professional techniques behind savoury and sweet bakes. Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero will guide you through Pâte brisées (savoury pastry), Rough puff pastry and Sablé pastry (shortcrust). Expect expert tuition as you perfect textures, balance flavours and learn the art of elegant presentation in this inspirational and fun experience.
