What To Expect

Take your understanding of French cuisine to a deeper level with a unique culinary experience that blends storytelling with hands-on learning.  Meet award-winning food & travel writer Carolyn Boyd. Carolyn is author of the Times Best Food & Drink Book 2024 ‘Amuse Bouche: How To Eat Your Way Around France’. She will share her fascinating journey through France’s most intriguing regions – uncovering hidden culinary gems, traditions and flavours. Then learn how to create iconic French dishes under the guidance of Chef Instructor Michael Nizzero. An unforgettable experience where you can bring the taste of France to your own kitchen.
