Master the art of cake baking and elegant decorating in this captivating class led by our Pâtissier, Kae Shibata, and Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero. You will learn how to craft a celebration cake from scratch, including delicate piping and calligraphy techniques to personalise your unique creation. Then toast your masterpiece with your fellow students, as you enjoy a selection of exquisite canapés, glass of Champagne and a main course from The Waterside Inn’s A La Carte. You will leave to take your showcase cake home, as well as professional skills that last long after the class!
