Learn how to transform a specialist skill into something accessible with one of the delicacies of French cuisine – rabbit. Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero will teach you expert butchery skills as you prepare and breakdown rabbit. Along with cooking techniques for different cuts, you will also create braised rabbit with mustard, mushroom & fresh tagliatelle. An immersive and unforgettable experience with Three Michelin hospitality.
