One of our most popular culinary classes. Let our Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero reveal the secrets to a truly iconic French classic – Le Soufflé! In this educational, fun and unforgettable experience, you will discover the science, meticulous precision and skill that it takes to perfect the airy texture and rise of three savoury and sweet soufflés – including Soufflé Suissesse – which you will get to take home to enjoy.
