Step into the world of classic French pâtisserie with Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero. In just a few hours, you will learn the essential techniques behind choux – the foundation of many elegant bites. As well as creating this light and airy dough, you will transform it into showstopping creations from gougères, profiteroles and chouquettes, to chocolate éclairs, Paris-Brest, and a centrepiece croque-en-bouche! A must for any home baker – what’s more you will be able to take your handmade delights home to enjoy.
