This masterclass distils generations of Roux family expertise into a vibrant, hands-on experience under the guidance of Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero. You will learn to craft a classic Salmon Coulibiac along with essential refined techniques – from flawless pastry work, aromatic duxelles, perfectly balanced saffron rice and onion soubise fillings, to the optimum bake. You will also be privy to closely guarded Roux culinary secrets as you elevate the dish with a velvety beurre blanc. Elegance, fun and unforgettable memories await in this unmissable experience where you get to take your dish (for two) home to enjoy.
