Celebrate Easter in true Roux style with a masterclass devoted to the beauty of spring lamb. Guided by Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero, you will observe and learn whole lamb butchery skills, work with exceptional whole milk lamb and also take your own expertly prepared cuts home to enjoy. As well as mastering the refined Roux family techniques behind perfectly cooked lamb, you will leave inspired and with renewed confidence. An unmissable, fun and deeply immersive experience that equips you with skills for life.
