Celebrate Easter in true Roux tradition. Observe Chef Instructor Michael Nizzero as he expertly prepares a whole lamb, guiding you step-by-step through the techniques that define classical French cookery.

You will then craft your own beautiful saddle and rack of lamb –  learning the essential skills of trimming, seasoning, and roasting with confidence. Discover how to cook your rack of lamb to the perfect blush pink, achieving the delicate balance between tenderness and flavour.

Complete  your Easter feast with timeless garnishes:
