In this festive masterclass led by Chef Instructor Michael Nizzero, you will be guided through the art of preparing and perfecting a delicious Christmas feast – from succulent roast turkey breast with chestnuts, to golden roast potatoes, parsnips, sauces and all the trimmings. Roux legacy and expert tuition combine with joyous festive spirit in this fun and memorable class that will elevate your Christmas dinner at one of our favourite times of the year.
