What To Expect
Take a deep dive into the fascinating world of pastry and how it opens the door to an endless variety of sweet and savoury dishes. Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero will teach you the techniques that put it at the heart of great cooking. From the structure that holds a dish together to the texture that makes each bite memorable, discover how pastry is the canvas for a range of flavours. Working with shortcrust, puff and filo, you will learn how each behaves and how to bring out their best qualities – whether your pastry is carrying an indulgent filling or something more delicate.

We advise you to wear trousers and flat, comfortable shoes. Everything else you need will be provided and we do all the clearing up!
