What To Expect

Bellissimo! Learn how to create three classic Italian pastas with our signature French twist. Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero will teach you the art of rolling pasta sheets in your own pasta making machine as you balance delicacy with uniformity. You will also learn how to craft a selection of elegant shapes by hand, whilst perfecting a range of delicious fillings.
