Elevate your culinary prowess with Chef Michael Nizzero’s immersive masterclass as he takes you on a journey that spans sourcing, preparing and cooking a curated range of exceptional steaks. From juicy ribeye to tender fillet, sirloin and bavette, you will explore a wide range of premium cuts, and learn precision cooking techniques using the Big Green Egg to bring out their unique character. You will also create a range of sauces and salads in this unmissable cooking experience.
