Craft a true culinary icon – the elegant Beef Wellington, as Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero, teaches you how to create this dish from scratch. You will learn how to select the finest ingredients, perfect the mushroom duxelles, achieve golden layers of flaky pastry, along with the precise sear of the beef fillet.  Then toast your masterpiece with canapés, a glass of Champagne and a light lunch including a delicious portion of fresh-from-the-oven Beef Wellington.  All this before taking your freshly made creation (for two), home to enjoy.
