Chef Pâtissier, Kae Shibata will unlock the secrets behind the iconic Macaron delicacy as you master the art of flawlessly smooth shells and beautifully balanced fillings. From vibrant fruit pairings to silky ganaches, you will be take home your delicate confections to enjoy with friends and family. Chef Kae has learnt from the best as she supported world-leading pâtissier, Pierre Hermé at our School during his Macaron Masterclass.
