Ciao! Let us transport your tastebuds to Italy with our authentic 3-course Italian menu class, led by our charismatic Chef Instructor Michael Nizzero, whose Italian roots run as deep as his culinary passion! He will guide you through each intricate step as you learn insider secrets, including how to master ‘the real’ Carbonara pasta. You will also be able to toast your freshly made dishes as you enjoy them alongside your fellow students.

- Carbonara pasta
- Roasted Sea bass in a salt crust with Artichoke Barigoule sauce and rosemary focaccia
- Classic Sicilian Cannolo with ricotta and pistachio
