We’ve enlisted the help of Chef Alain Roux’s daughter to showcase what a fang-tastic time you can have at the Alain Roux Culinary School this Halloween! Bring your mini-me’s along as you join our friendly Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero, for some wicked Halloween fun. Think Chocolate fondant with a cherry gooey heart, wicked Puff pastry cheese and ham spook-tacular twists, eerie vegetable carving as well as a bit of hocus pocus, decorating fright-delight chocolate lollipops.
What’s included:
• A “welcome” breakfast of tea, coffee and pastries.
• Light lunch in the Culinary School: Eat what you cook
• We do all the tidying and washing up so you can relax and focus on your cooking.
• Recipe wallet to take home.
What to wear and bring with you:
We advise you to wear trousers and flat, comfortable shoes. Everything else you need will be provided.
