Whether you are a seasoned foodie or an ambitious beginner, this immersive class takes you to the heart of iconic French cuisine. Our inspirational Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero, makes learning fun as you create an elegant, Goat’s Cheese Soufflé –  double baked and finished with a tomato coulis.   Airy, tangy, and with the perfect rise, you will learn how to balance flavour with Roux finesse, before taking your showstopper home to enjoy.

What To Wear

We advise you to wear trousers and flat, comfortable shoes. Everything else you need will be provided and we do all the clearing up!
