Embark on a seafood lover’s dream in this action-packed class. Under the guidance of our Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero, you will create marinated scallops ceviche with citrus and will learn how to professionally fillet round and flat fish. You will also learn range of different cooking techniques including pan-frying, poaching, BBQ and the ultimate Meunière style. Then enjoy your dishes, along with the seasonal vegetables, summer salad and salsa verde that you have prepared, over a glass of Champagne!
