Celebrating her Japanese heritage, Chef Kae Shibata takes you on a journey behind the delicate craftsmanship of perfectly pleated dumplings and crisp-bottomed gyoza. You’ll learn how to prepare dough, balance fillings and master elegant folding techniques. As tradition combines with Roux excellence, Chef Kae will also teach you steaming, pan frying and seasoning techniques. As well as taking your creations away to enjoy, you will leave with the confidence to recreate these crowd-pleasers at home. One not to be missed!
