Join us in this special year where The Waterside Inn celebrates its 40th consecutive year of Three MICHELIN Stars. This anniversary class with Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero will unlock secrets of the Roux family’s legendary cuisine as you learn the techniques, precision, and artistry that define this culinary legacy. From mastering three classic French recipes to executing impeccably plated dishes, you will leave with a rare insight into the finesse and discipline behind the magic.
What you will create:
- Pan fried foie gras ‘Normandie style’ with caramelized apple , celeriac purée and calvados sauce
- Poached dover sole with smoked salmon mousse ,cucumber, new potato and Champagne sauce
- Banana and chocolate soufflé
