ingredients, perfect the mushroom duxelles, achieve golden layers of flaky pastry, along with the precise sear of the beef fillet. Then toast your masterpiece with canapés, a glass of Champagne and a main course selected from The Waterside Inn’s À La Carte. All this before taking your freshly made Beef Wellington for two, home to enjoy!
