Let us immerse you in the disciplined art of authentic sushi as Chef Kae Shibata brings her Japanese heritage to life. You will learn knife skills, perfectly seasoned rice, how to handle fish with confidence and the subtle balance that defines Japanese craftsmanship. In this entry-level class you will shape elegant nigiri, roll immaculate maki and handcraft temaki, whilst understanding the importance of texture, temperature and timing. You also will get to take your freshly made creations home to consume that same day.
