Learn how to create a seasonal 3-course fine dining menu from scratch using some of Autumn’s most vibrant ingredients. Chef Michael Nizzero will share his passion and precision, arming you with the confidence to recreate these incredible dishes at home. An immersive and fun class along with legendary Roux hospitality make this an unforgettable experience.
What you will create:
- Pan-Fried scallops with carrot purée, lime and artichoke sauce
- Roasted venison loin with mushroom crust, pommes amandine & sauce poivrade
- Mandarin soufflé with hazelnut crumble

What To Wear
We advise you to wear trousers and flat, comfortable shoes. Everything else you need will be provided and we do all the clearing up!
