What To Expect

Learn from one of the UK’s most exciting spice specialists in this authentic Indian culinary experience. Regarded as the ‘Queen of Spice’, our special guest Chef Ren has been teaching Indian cookery for over 20 years. She will share secrets that are at the at the heart of Indian cuisine, beginning with a sensory spice masterclass. You will then learn to create five dishes that form a vibrant, ethnic Indian meal. Discover the secrets of balancing, layering and flavour enhancement and leave with the confidence to recreate Indian cuisine at home.
