Enter the world of classic French cuisine as you learn how to cook an authentic 3-course menu inspired by cosy Parisienne Brasseries. Under the guidance of Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero this immersive experience will teach you iconic Roux flavour and finesse. From a twice baked cheese soufflé and the perfect sear of steak in peppercorn sauce, to delicate crêpes in caramelised Grand Marnier – you will leave with the confidence to bring a taste of France to your kitchen!

What To Wear
We advise you to wear trousers and flat, comfortable shoes. Everything else you need will be provided and we do all the clearing up!
