Chef Clare Smyth MBE, the only British female chef to be awarded Three Michelin Stars, will cook side-by-side with Chef Alain as they create a luxurious six-course menu. Chef Alain also welcomes acclaimed pastry chef Vincent Guerlais, President – Relais Desserts International, who will create the evening’s showstopper dessert.
