In celebration of this unique alliance, in February and March we throw the spotlight on great British produce. Chef Patron Alain Roux and Head Chef Fabrice Uhryn will be showcasing the finest ingredients and most delicious ingredients our shores have to offer, in our three course lunch menu of the day.
