Menu Saveurs Lyonnaises

The "godfather of French cooking" is being honoured with a special menu at The Waterside Inn.

We are thrilled to announce that, for a limited time only, we have created a menu in memory of French Chef Paul Bocuse. After his death, he was described as the "incarnation of French cooking" by French president Emmanuel Macron for his energy, innovation and passion for cooking.  To quote Chef Alain Roux "he was the first chef to come out of his kitchen and the first chef that came out of his country".  Michel Roux O.B.E. remembers him as someone "who used to take me to the market...he was for me a friend and mentor".

Chef Alain Roux has put together a three-course menu focused around dishes from Lyon, where Chef Paul Bocuse was from as a living tribute to this great Chef.
