What To Expect

Love is in the air at the Alain Roux Culinary School for this Valentine’s Day weekend. Captivate hearts and tastebuds as our friendly Chef Instructor helps you master an indulgent 3-course menu – the perfect marriage of Roux culinary techniques and exquisite French flavours!  This class is designed for a total of six students.  You are welcome to attend on your own, or this Valentine’s weekend why not purchase two places to enjoy the experience with your friend or partner!   What you will learn in this class:

  • Indulgent Celeriac custard with pickled mushrooms and crispy kale
  • A timeless French classic – Roasted duck a l’orange with pomme dauphine and tenderstem broccoli
  • An elegant ‘Belle Helene’ poached pear with chocolate sauce

What To Wear

We advise you to wear trousers and flat, comfortable shoes. Everything else you need will be provided and we do all the clearing up!
