Love is in the air the school during this year’s Valentine’s weekend. Join us for an immersive culinary experience where you will learn to craft an indulgent three-course menu designed to captivate hearts, delight tastebuds, and celebrate the romance of classic French cuisine! Expertly guided by Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero, you will master refined Roux techniques and exquisite French flavours in this fun-filled and unforgettable experience.
What you will create:
- Hollandaise glazed Cornish crab with lemon parsley butter sauce
- Braised beef cheek with celeriac and mashed potato
- Chocolate profiterole and Chantilly
